      <\/h2>\n            \n                            <div class=\"text__item--content\">\n                    <h3>E-poster submission period<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Opening: 17 April 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Closing: 08 May 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructions to submit an e-poster through the dedicated platform has been emailed to appointed presenters on 17 April 2024. Please check your spam if you haven\u2019t received it or contact <a href=\"mailto:esaic.abstracts@abstractserver.com\">esaic.abstracts@abstractserver.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It is the presenter responsibility to submit their e-poster(s). Submission after the deadline will not be accepted and the poster will be removed from the session.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare your e-poster, please carefully follow the presentation guidelines available in our Submission Guidelines (page 8).<\/p>\n<p>A Power Point template is available and downloadable on this page with the right dimensions and recommended font size.<\/p>\n<h3>Presentation format<\/h3>\n<p>Abstract presenters will be required to make a <strong>formal presentation in front of the e-poster <\/strong><strong>terminal in Munich<\/strong><strong>. All abstract presentations will take place onsite (no virtual presentation is possible). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A chairperson will conduct a short discussion of each abstract with the presenter and the audience, for every abstract in that session.                     How can I amend my abstract?\n                                                    <\/h4>\n\n                                                    <svg>\n class=\"faq-other__tab__faq-tab__faqs__question--answer\">\n                                                    <p>It is still possible to make corrections to an abstract prior to the submission deadline, even if it has already been submitted. The abstract can be saved, edited and revised online as many times as needed\u202f<strong>until the submission period ends.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>After the submission period, corrections are no longer possible.<\/strong>\u202fIf errors are discovered in the abstract after the deadline, you can either withdraw the abstract or \u2013 for minor errors \u2013 indicate the correction during a presentation at the congress. Please note, changes will not be included in the published version of the abstract. The new presenter must be selected among the authors of the abstract.<\/p>\n<p>All mandatory information should be \ufb01lled in as appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The new presenter must pre-register for the physical Congress by 27 March\u00a02024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a change of presenter is requested after 27 March 2024, the new presenter has to be registered for the physical congress before the change is possible. The original presenter is responsible for providing the new presenter with all information previously sent by the ESAIC Secretariat regarding the abstract.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Important:<\/u><\/strong> the same presenter cannot be assigned more than 3 abstracts. Unfortunately, considering the high number of abstracts presented at the Congress, time conflicts may still occur and presentations\u00a0<strong><u>cannot<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0be rescheduled. Should this happen, please consider the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask a co-author attending the congress to present one of the abstracts for you.<\/li>\n<li>Ask the chairpersons of the sessions in which your abstracts have been scheduled to be the first to present in one session and the last in the other.
