Join us the day before Euroanaesthesia 2025 for the ESPCOP Obesity course covering the fundamental points of anaesthesia in obesity. International Experts will discuss aspects of and workup for bariatric surgery, the disease processes and societal consequences of obesity, and the impact of obesity on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and the pharmacology of anaesthetic drugs. Further lectures will cover airway management, PONV, analgesia and anaesthesia strategies – pulling all the theoretical and practical aspects together. The meeting will conclude with complex case discussions and then finish with an interactive self-assessment quiz.<\/p>\n

This course will apply for accreditation by the EACCME\u00ae & for CPD points by the UK Royal College of Anaesthetists.<\/em><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n
