sessions\/workshops\/tours or early termination of attendance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onsite:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25% handling fee will be charged if delegates cancel their registration until 26 February 2025.<\/li>\n<li>50% handling fee will be charged if delegates cancel their registration until 20 May 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refund is not possible for cancellations after 20 May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that you can access the congress sessions live or via OnDemand recordings through your myESAIC account with your Euroanaesthesia 2025 In-person registration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Virtual:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Consumer Rights Directive 2011\/83\/EU, cancellation requests received within 14 calendar days after your purchase, will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n<p>After this reflection period, refund is not possible for Virtual congress cancellations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund is not possible for cancellations after 20 May rel=\"noopener\">myESAIC<\/a> for the group contact person or update his\/her existing account.<\/p>\n<p>Complete the Onsite or\/and Virtual congress form below, which must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact details for the group contact<\/li>\n<li>Invoice details<\/li>\n<li>A list of delegates to be registered.
