Membership-based fees are only applicable to delegates with a valid membership for 2027.

The reduced registration fee is available to participants practising in Low-Income Countries (LIC) and Lower-Middle-Income Countries (LMIC) worldwide, based on the World Bank income classification, and in Upper-Middle-Income Countries (UMIC) in Europe, based on the applicable WHO classification.
Virtual congress VAT: in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) No 967/2012 of 9 October 2012 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011, the amount of VAT depends on the invoicing country.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to registration@esaic.org.
In-person
- A 25% administrative fee on the congress pass will be charged for cancellations made up to two months before the first congress day.
- Workshop and Networking Evening tickets will be fully refunded for cancellations made up to two months before the first congress day.
- A 50% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made up to one month before the first congress day.
- Cancellation requests received within one month prior to the first congress day are non-refundable.
Virtual
- In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, cancellation requests received within 14 calendar days after purchase will be fully refunded. After this reflection period, refunds are not possible for virtual congress cancellations.
- Refund is NOT possible if the cancellation is submitted during or after the online event.
Note
- Our cancellation policy is calendar-based (exact date to date).
- If you cannot participate in person, you may access the congress sessions live or on demand* through your ‘myESAIC’ account using your Euroanaesthesia 2027 in-person registration, and you will still be eligible to claim your credits**.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Individual registered participants cannot be replaced by another person under the same registration pass.
- No refund is possible in the event of early termination of attendance at the congress.
- To benefit from the reduced member-based congress fee, you must become an ESAIC member before purchasing your congress registration. Membership purchased after your congress registration does not entitle you to a retroactive reduced fee.
*Dependent on speakers’ consent, some presentations may not be made available on demand after the live sessions. Please check the programme carefully for details of individual presentations.
** CME credits for Euroanaesthesia 2027 must be claimed by 2 June 2027 (until 23:59 CEST).
Letter of Invitation (VISA)
Invitation letters are only available to participants who are fully registered for the congress.
An invitation letter will be issued as part of the congress confirmation once the registration fee has been paid. If your invitation letter must include additional personal information (such as passport number or date of birth), please contact our registration team at registration@esaic.org with the relevant details and a copy of your passport.
The ESAIC’s invitation letter does not cover or imply responsibility for accommodation, travel or other congress-related costs. Participants are responsible for the outcome of their own visa application.

What Your Registration Includes
Your congress fee includes access to a wide range of scientific, educational, networking and digital congress resources, depending on the registration type you select.
In-person delegates
- Access to all scientific sessions (including e-Poster sessions and ESAIC Expo sessions)
- Access to all on-demand recordings to revisit key sessions (except ESAIC EXPO Sessions, Pitch Deck sessions, problem-based learning discussions)
- Access to the virtual congress platform to follow the congress at your convenience
- Access to the exhibition, sponsored Pitch Deck sessions and the Industry Symposium
- CME credits for sessions attended in person or online, live or on demand
- Complimentary coffee breaks
- Access to the ESAIC congress app to follow the programme and find congress information
- Valuable opportunities to connect in person with peers and experts, supporting your professional development
- The option to register for selected hands-on activities, such as workshops and simulation sessions (places are limited and separate pre-registration is required)
Virtual delegates
- Access to live scientific sessions and e-Poster sessions through the virtual congress platform
- Access to all on-demand recordings (except ESAIC EXPO Sessions, Pitch Deck sessions, problem-based learning discussions)
- Access to the sponsored Industry Symposium
- CME credits for sessions attended live or on demand
- Access to the ESAIC app to follow the programme and find congress information
Not included
- Workshops and other hands-on activities are not included in the registration fee. Places are limited, require separate pre-registration and are only available to registered in-person delegates.
- Public transport and lunch are not included.
Group Registration
Please complete the Group Registration Form and submit it to groups@esaic.org by 20 May 2027.
For group registrations, the non-member rate applies, regardless of the delegate’s membership status and country category.
Group registration is available for groups of at least five delegates and applies only to congress admission fees. Workshops and guided tours must be booked individually for each delegate.
