– Membership-based fees are only applicable for delegates with a valid membership for 2026.
– Diplomate Fee: The Diplomate fee is only applicable for delegates who were successful at EDAIC Part II in 2025.

– Virtual congress VAT: Council Regulation (EU) No 967/2012 of 9 October 2012 amend. Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011, the amount of VAT depends on the invoicing country.
– Other countries Reduced Fee: Countries based OUTSIDE Europe (as defined by WHO) AND listed as Low-Income Countries & Lower-middle Income Countries
– More details on “Daily Pass” fees will be available in spring 2026.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All your cancellation requests need to be sent via email to registration@esaic.org.
In-Person:
- 25% administrative fee on the congress pass will be charged for cancellations made up to 2 months before the first congress day.
- A full refund of workshop tickets and networking event tickets will apply for cancellations made up to 2 months before the first congress day.
- 50% administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation made up to 1 months before the first congress day.
- Any cancellation requests received within 1 – months prior to the first congress day are non-refundable.
Virtual:
- In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU , cancellation requests received within 14 calendar days after your purchase will be fully refunded. After this reflection period, a refund is not possible for Virtual congress cancellations.
- Exception, a refund is not possible when requested DURING OR AFTER the online event.
Note:
- Our cancellation policy is calendar-based (exact date-to-date).
- If you cannot participate in person, you may access the congress sessions live or OnDemand* through your ‘myESAIC’ account using your Euroanaesthesia 2026 in-person registration, and you will still be eligible to claim your credits**.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Individual registered participants cannot be replaced by another person under the same registration pass.
- No refund is possible in the event of early termination of attendance at the congress.
- To benefit from the reduced member-based congress fee, you must first register as an ESAIC member.
Membership purchased after purchasing your congress pass no longer entitles you to the reduced fee.
*Dependent on speakers’ consent, some presentations may not be made available OnDemand after the Live sessions. Carefully check the program for more details about individual presentations.
** CME credits for Euroanaesthesia 2026 must be claimed by 9 June (until 23:59 CEST).
Letter of Invitation (VISA)
Participants must be fully registered for the congress.
The letter will be issued as part of the congress confirmation upon payment of the registration fee. For any adjustments or additional personal information (passport ID, Date of Birth…) required in the letter, please contact our registration team at registration@esaic.org.

Group Registration Procedure
Please follow the steps below to register a group of delegates:
Registration
Complete the Onsite or/and Virtual congress form below, which must include:
- Contact details of the group contact person
- Invoicing details
- A list of delegates to be registered. Mandatory fields are First name, Last name, Professional country and Email address (used for sharing login details)
Submit the completed group registration form by 29 May 2026 to groups@esaic.org.
Fee
For group registrations, the non-member rate will be applied, regardless of the delegate’s membership status and country.
Onsite Congress (excluding 21% Dutch VAT)
- From 15 October 2025 to 17 February 2026: €870/delegate
- From 18 February 2026 to 29 May 2026: €985/delegate
Virtual Congress (excluding VAT)*
- From 15 October 2025 to 29 May 2026: €480/delegate

Payment
We process the group registration and send an order confirmation via email with the payment details as soon as possible. Once the proforma invoice is issued, no further changes are possible.
Payment Options:
- AMEX, VISA, or Mastercard via a secure payment link provided by email.
- Bank transfer(note that bank payments take up to 10 working days to process). Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Confirmation
Upon receiving and processing full payment, we send the confirmation letter and the Invitation letter of all delegates, along with the final invoice, to the group contact via email.
Certificates
Access links and all necessary information to join the certificate and e-congress platform will be emailed to delegates shortly before the event. We cannot send this information to the group contact.
Group Registration Form
Fill out the Group Registration Form and submit it to groups@esaic.org by 29 May 2026.
For group registrations, the non-member rate will be applied, regardless of the delegate’s membership status and country.
Group registration is available for groups with a minimum of 5 delegates and applies only to congress admission fees. For Workshops and Guided tours, you need to register the delegates individually.
