Membership based fees are only applicable for delegates with an active membership for 2025.
Diplomate Fee: The Diplomate fee is only applicable for delegates who were successful at EDAIC Part II in 2024.
Medical Student: If you are a medical student and wish to attend the congress please contact registration@esaic.org.
Virtual congress VAT: In accordance with the Council Regulation (EU) No 967/2012 of 9 October 2012 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011, the amount of VAT depends on the invoicing country.

Are you coming as a group?
Fill out the Group Registration Form below and return it to groups@esaic.org.
Please note that for group registrations, the non-member registration rate will be applied, regardless of the delegate’s membership status and country.
Group registration is available for groups with a minimum of 5 delegates.
We accept group registrations only for the congress admission fee.
For Workshops and Guided tours, you need to register the delegates individually.
The deadline for the group registrations for the congress is 12 May 2025.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Please send your cancellation request via email to registration@esaic.org or groups@esaic.org.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund is not possible for unattended sessions/workshops/tours or early termination of attendance.
Onsite:
- 25% handling fee will be charged if delegates cancel their registration until 26 February 2025.
- 50% handling fee will be charged if delegates cancel their registration until 20 May 2025.
Refund is not possible for cancellations after 20 May 2025.
Please note that you can access the congress sessions live or via OnDemand recordings through your myESAIC account with your Euroanaesthesia 2025 In-person registration.
Virtual:
In accordance with Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, cancellation requests received within 14 calendar days after your purchase, will be fully refunded.
After this reflection period, refund is not possible for Virtual congress cancellations.
Refund is not possible for cancellations after 20 May 2025.
Group Registration Fees
For group registrations, the non-member registration rate will be applied, regardless of the delegate’s membership status and country.
Onsite Congress (excluding 23% Portugal VAT)
- From 14 Nov 2024 to 12 February 2025: 855 euro/delegate
- From 13 February 2025 to 20 May 2025: 965 euro/delegate
Virtual Congress (excluding VAT) *
- From 09 Jan 2025 to 20 May 2025: 480 euro/delegate

Group Registration Procedure
Please follow the steps below to register a group of delegates:
Registration
Create an account on myESAIC for the group contact person or update his/her existing account.
Complete the Onsite or/and Virtual congress form below, which must include:
- Contact details for the group contact
- Invoice details
- A list of delegates to be registered. Mandatory fields: First name, Last name, Professional country and Email address (used for sharing login details)
Submit the completed group registration form by May 12, 2025 to groups@esaic.org.
We process the group registration and send an order confirmation via email as soon as possible.
Payment
If the order is correct, the group contact can proceed with payment.
Proforma Invoice can be requested at groups@esaic.org. Once it is created, no further change is possible.
Payment Options:
- AMEX, VISA, or Mastercard via a secure payment link provided by email.
- Bank transfer (note that bank payments take up to 10 working days to process). Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Confirmation
Upon receiving and processing full payment, we send the confirmation letter of all delegates along with the final invoice to the group contact via email.
Access links and all necessary information to join the certificate and e-congress platform will be emailed to delegates shortly prior to the event.
After the congress, delegates can collect their CME credits and certificate of attendance on myESAIC. We cannot send this information to the group contact.
Group Registration FAQ
What is the minimum of delegates for group registrations?
- Group registrations are available for a minimum of 5 people.
Is it possible to purchase registrations with no names and provide the names at a later date?
- No this is not possible. The group registration form must be completed. We need the first name, last name and email address of the delegates.
Do you accept group registrations for the pre-congress courses and workshops?
- no
